However, both delta 9 THC and delta 10 THC products are federally legal as long as they contain no more than 0.3% THC on a dry weight basis. 

It’s important that you always check your local jurisdiction for laws pertaining to delta 9 and delta 10 products. Some states allow delta 9 products to be produced and sold in their states because delta 9 THC requires no chemical change to the compound for it to be produced. 

Since delta 10 is such a minor cannabinoid found in extremely small amounts in the cannabis plant, it requires a chemical change to have a noticeable effect on the body when taken. This has caused some states to prohibit delta 10 products in their state through local legislation. 

Can I Fail a Drug Test if Taking Delta 9 or Delta 10 Products?
